Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using PromptShot AI ("the Platform") at promptshotai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

The Platform is operated by NADRA GLOW - FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", or "our").

PromptShot AI provides AI-powered tools for generating image and video prompts, image descriptions, and related content. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

To access certain features, you must register for an account using Google OAuth. You agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete information - Keep your account credentials secure - Not share your account with others - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree NOT to use PromptShot AI to:

- Generate prompts for illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive content - Create or distribute content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights - Upload images of real people without their consent - Upload images of minors in any context - Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform - Use automated bots or scripts to abuse API endpoints - Resell or redistribute our API without written permission - Circumvent usage limits or access controls

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Free Plan: Limited usage — see Pricing page for current limits. No payment required.

Pro & Business Plans: Billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

Price Changes: We will give at least 30 days' notice before increasing prices for active subscriptions.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry 3 times over 7 days. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.

Our Content: The Platform, its design, code, trademarks, and branding are the intellectual property of NADRA GLOW - FZCO. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload and prompts you generate. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to process your images to provide the service.

Generated Prompts: You are free to use, publish, and commercialize prompts generated using our Platform. We do not claim ownership over AI-generated outputs.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at promptshotai.com/privacy.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

- The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free - AI-generated prompts will be accurate or suitable for your specific use - The Platform will meet your requirements

You use the Platform at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NADRA GLOW - FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Participation in the PromptShot AI Affiliate Program is subject to our Affiliate Terms. Key points:

- Commission rate: 20% of referred subscription payments - Cookie duration: 30 days - Minimum payout: $50 USD - Payouts: Monthly via Stripe - We reserve the right to withhold commissions for fraudulent referrals - Self-referrals are not permitted

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, except where prohibited by local law.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
