Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at contact@promptshotai.com.

After cancellation: - Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period - You will not be charged again after cancellation - You will retain access to Pro/Business features until your billing period ends - No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current period (except as described in Section 2)

Full Refund (14-day guarantee): If you request a refund within 14 days of your very first subscription payment, we will refund 100% of that payment. This applies to first-time subscribers only.

Technical Issues: If you experience a confirmed technical issue that prevented you from using the Platform for more than 72 consecutive hours and our team was unable to resolve it, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected period.

Not Eligible for Refunds: - Renewals beyond the 14-day guarantee window - Downgrading from Pro to Free (no partial refund) - Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in termination - Claims that AI-generated prompts did not meet subjective quality expectations - Annual plans beyond the 14-day window

To request a refund, email us at contact@promptshotai.com with:

- Subject line: "Refund Request — [your email address]" - Your registered email address - The date of your subscription payment - Reason for the refund (optional but helpful)

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

If you switch from an annual plan to a monthly plan, the difference in pricing is non-refundable.

The Free plan requires no payment. There is nothing to refund for Free plan usage.

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

We encourage you to contact us directly first — we are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
